• Clinical Supervisor

Clinical Supervisor DA Outpatient Treatment Services. Duties may include but are not limited to supervision of clinical staff, developing, implementing, and monitoring training needs and plans of clinical staff, provide close supervision of required documentation of client records, treatment logs, etc., according to established policies which comply with licensing, funding and regulatory agencies. Facilitate case consults. Intervene in difficult cases and approve all referrals to specialized care. Responsible for the program when the Program Director in unavailable. May also carry a caseload and report to satellites offices when needed. Must be flexible to work evenings and weekends due to being on-call for clinical staff. Travel to other outpatient locations outside of the County may be necessary. Work is performed with considerable independence in accordance with established regulations, policies and procedures. Work is reviewed and supervised by the Program Director to whom this individual reports. Gaudenzia Erie, Inc. is EOE employer.
Degree or CAC plus specialized training in supervision or a required area such as adolescents, family, women, Mental Health, Criminal Justice, etc. Experience: Masters Degree + 2 years experience; or BA/BS or CAC + 3 years experience, plus two years of supervisory experience.
